A good connection respects your boundaries

Profiles are not identity verified. Never send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or banking information. Be cautious of urgent emergencies, investment opportunities, external payment links or requests to move immediately off the service.

Meet safely

Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport and leave whenever you feel uncomfortable. You never owe a response or a meeting. Call 911 in an emergency; reports here are not an emergency service.

Report, block or unmatch

Use the profile menu or conversation’s Report / block button. Choose a reason and provide relevant facts without adding unnecessary private information. Blocking removes discovery and closes matching contact. Unmatching ends the conversation. Previously issued photo links may remain valid for up to two minutes; someone may already have copied a photo or message.

Support and appeals

Contact Support@SinglesHub.ca for technical issues, accessibility concerns, account restrictions, privacy requests or moderation appeals. Support is available in English and French. Include the problem and relevant timing, but never send passwords or payment details. Reports show Received, Reviewing or Resolved status. Manual review has no guaranteed response time.

Introductions stay under your control

Waves and short introduction notes arrive with likes, not in an open inbox. You can turn either off in Profile. A sender can introduce themselves only once to the same person, and at most three times within 24 hours. You can pass, block or report; sending a note never entitles anyone to a reply. Further messages require a mutual match.

Common questions

Why can’t I register? Registration is for adults 19+ in Canada, including Québec, and may close when the first community reaches capacity. The waitlist is separate from membership and does not guarantee a spot.

Why can’t I message someone? Both people must like each other. Blocking, unmatching or restrictions can end conversation access.

Why did my session expire? Sessions currently last one hour. Sign in again. Use password recovery if needed.

Can I use a city without GPS? Yes. Use the city fallback in your profile settings.

How do I delete my data? Use Delete account in your profile. For waitlist removal or other privacy enquiries contact support.
