Contact and eligibility

For support or questions about these terms, contact Support@SinglesHub.ca. You must be at least 19 years old. Registration is available across Canada, including all of Québec and Montréal. Availability is checked on the server and may be affected by VPNs or location errors. Do not bypass restrictions or misrepresent your age.

Language of these terms

The complete French and English versions are available before you agree. Québec members receive the French terms by default and may expressly choose the English terms after having access to the French version. The interface language can be changed independently in settings. Support is available in English and French.

Your account

Use your own appropriate photographs and truthful information. Keep your password private. Profiles are not identity verified, and neither a match nor a photo is proof of someone’s identity or intentions.

Community rules

No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, impersonation, scams, requests for money, illegal material, explicit sexual images, exploitation, unsolicited commercial promotion or disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not create accounts for others or use automation to scrape profiles, send mass messages or evade bans.

Connections and availability

Likes, mutual matches and chat have no subscription paywall or paid ranking boosts in this launch. A mutual match opens a conversation and either participant can start it. A match does not promise a response or a relationship. Registration and storage limits may interrupt availability. We may pause new registration when capacity is reached.

Your content and invitations

You retain your rights to your content and permit its storage and display as necessary to provide the service. Only upload material you have permission to use. Invitations are optional. Qualifying new profiles earn Sparks and may unlock cosmetic rewards or limited introductions. You can also earn Sparks through profile completion, active days and membership milestones. Sparks cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash, and never increase profile reach or change discovery ranking. Core likes, matches and mutual conversations do not require Sparks. Abusive or fraudulent account activity may be restricted.

Digital Spark gifts

Coffee, flowers and other Spark gifts are digital gestures only: no physical product or service is delivered. Sending a gift does not send a like, create a match, open chat or require a reply. You can send up to three gifts per 24 hours and at most one gift to the same person in that period. Recipients can turn gifts off or block contact. Sparks have no cash value and cannot be purchased.

Safety and moderation

Use reporting, blocking and unmatching when needed. The operator reviews reports manually and may restrict or remove accounts that breach these rules. Report receipt is not a guarantee of immediate action. You can challenge a restriction by contacting Support@SinglesHub.ca and explaining the issue. Call 911 if there is immediate danger.

Ending your account and changes

You can pause or delete your account in settings. We may suspend abusive accounts and investigate reports. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect when required. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy laws.
