Safety starts with clear boundaries

Practical steps before a message, a gift or a meeting.

Recognize requests that do not belong here

Never send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or banking information to a match. Be cautious of urgent emergencies, investment pitches, payment links and pressure to leave the platform immediately. Profiles are not identity verified.

Use the controls available to you

Open a profile or conversation and choose Report or block. Share relevant facts and avoid unnecessary private information. Blocking prevents matching contact; unmatching ends a conversation. Previously issued photo links may remain valid briefly, and another person may already have saved content.

Understand what happens after a report

Reports can show Received, Reviewing or Resolved. Manual review has no guaranteed response time. For technical issues, moderation appeals or privacy concerns, contact Support@SinglesHub.ca. Do not send your password.

Before meeting in person

Choose a busy public place, arrange your own transport and tell someone you trust your plans. Leave whenever you feel uncomfortable. In immediate danger, call 911. SinglesHub reporting is not an emergency service.
