Who can join?
Adults 19+ in Canada, including Québec. Registration may close when the first community reaches capacity. Joining a waitlist does not create an account or guarantee a place.
Can I see likes and chat for free?
Yes. Incoming likes are visible and chat opens after a mutual match. Either person can send the first message. There are no subscriptions or paid boosts.
Why are there no profiles or messages?
Your distance and preferences may currently match few people. Review them if you want to, or return later. A conversation requires mutual likes; blocks, unmatching and account restrictions can end access.
Why did I get signed out?
Sessions currently last one hour. Sign in again with the email you used to register. Never share your password with support or another member.
How do I recover my password?
Choose Sign in, then Forgot password. Enter your account email and complete the security check. Check spam and junk folders. If a link has expired, request a fresh one; if the email still does not arrive, contact support. The confirmation message does not confirm that an account exists.
Can I get help in French?
Yes. The site offers English and French, and support is available in both languages at Support@SinglesHub.ca. Use the language switch to choose your experience.
How do I report or delete my account?
Use the profile or conversation menu to report or block. Use Delete account in Profile for deletion. Contact support for privacy requests, account access issues or moderation appeals.
